How can I tell if the mobile phone I am looking to purchase supports MMS(PXT) or not?
Most handsets with camera supports Vodafone PXT feature. Some mobile phones with colour screen (but without a camera) can still send/receive PXTs. Some Samsung models can only send small pictures with size <25KB, while other models support all pictures >100kb.

What is the difference between the phones with the vodafone logo and the ones without it?
Some handsets are made for vodafone which means its usually locked onto vodafone network. but if there is a same model that does not have the logo, it means its generic and can be used with any other GSM networks around the world.

Do you sell batteries or wall chargers?
Yes, we have batteries, wall chargers, desktop chargers and car chargers for almost every model thats available in the market. (We may have to make a special order if your phone is rare/old)

Can I order a specific mobile phone model from your store?
Yes, but only in some cases. Our supplier may not hold the speicific model you are after.

Do you have any electronic equipments other than products related to mobile phones?
Yes, we carry other electronic equipment time to time. Such as digital cameras, gaming gadgets and accessories. We even sometimes carry non-electronical equipments! However, we do not upload its information on the website.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
Normally, parallel imported materials do not carry a warranty of any kind. but in our store, you receive a standard 12 months warranty on every item you purchase from our own repair shop. There also is an option of extended warranty.

Why are your phones so much cheaper than other shops?
All our products are parallel imported from overseas which means we do not go through a wholesaler within New Zealand.
