Large Item (with post ticket) Delivery Times: The delivery normally takes 2-4 working days. However it may take longer for the rural and south island delivery. 

Small Item (with postbag) Delivery Times : The delivery normally takes 1-3 working days. We use CourierPost track & trace with signature bag. 

Tracking Number will be sent to your registered e-mail after the item is dispatched from our store. The e-mail could be categorised as a spam or a junk e-mail, so please check your spam or junk e-mail holder if you do not receive the tracking number

Non-signature option is available for the delivery. So if you prefer to send the item with non-signature ticket or CourierPost bag, please let us know. Please note that there is possibility the item goes missing and we take no responsibility for the missing item in the case you choose to send the item with non-signature ticket or CourierPost bag.

Redirection:  You can contact CourierPost directly with your tracking number to redirect your parcel to new location. However, If the package gets lost after redirection it is not our responsibility as our responsibility is the item going from our store to the buyer's original address that was given when the transaction was made.

Authorisation to Leave (ATL) : If you sign ATL and authorise CourierPost to leave the parcel on your property or premises without the signature, we will not take any responsibility for the missing item after the delivery is made to your property or premises.

Expect Delivery Delay on the Special Event or Circumstances: Please note during public holidays, Christmas season and during unforseen events like Covid-19 the courier company may be overwhelmed with packages that they have to deliver and this will delay the item being delivered.

Due to high volume of the fraudulent behaviour relating to the credit card use, we ask for the evidence to ensure that the customer is a true card holder of the credit card used for the transaction.

Once your credit card is verified at our side, we will not ask for the evidence again in the future purchase unless the credit card details is changed.

We accept the following (1) or (2) as the evidence.

(1) Bank Statement

     a. It must show your name and your transaction

     b. All other transactions on the bank statement can be hided.

     c. Both scanned copy and photos are accepted

(2) ID and the front and the back sides of the credit card

     a. Acceptable identification (ID) include NZ driver license and Passport

     b. The front side must show your name and the last 4-digit of the credit card number

     c. The back side must show the signature

     d. The signature must match with the one on the ID

Warranty

The Warranty period is specific to each item. The normal shop warranty for the brand new item is one year. The manufacturer warranty varies depending on the brands. Here is some examples of the length of the manufacturer's warranty.

- Samsung phones: 2 years

- Huawei phones : 2 years

- Oppo phones : 2 years

- Apple product : normally 1 year

- Game consoles : 1 year
